Google API Services Limited Use

Coffee Chats’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail and Calendar data is used only to provide the features described in this policy. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security or legal compliance, or where it has been aggregated and anonymized. We access Gmail only within threads Coffee Chats sent for you, and we do not modify, label, organize, or delete anything in your mailbox.

AI processing and model training

When you request an AI feature, the relevant thread or event context is sent to the AI provider serving that request, solely to generate the output you asked for. We do not use Google user data, or your content generally, to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

People who receive outreach are not account holders, and the policy sets out the rights available to them separately, including access to the data held about them and the ability to request erasure.
