Sponsor seats for your students

Universities fund seats for their students and get a privacy-safe view of the alumni engagement that follows. Pricing is per sponsored seat and scales with your cohort. Students opt in to sponsorship, and that opt-in is what links their seat entitlement to their inclusion in aggregate analytics.

Privacy-safe analytics by design

The institution portal reports aggregate outcomes: adoption, seats in use, outreach volume, Coffee Chats held, and referrals. Counts are rounded into buckets and suppressed entirely below a minimum cohort size, so a small program cannot be reverse-engineered into individuals. The portal reports how many alumni were reached, never which ones, and never the content of a student message.

Aggregate engagement, not donor scoring

Coffee Chats reports alumni engagement in aggregate. It does not do giving propensity, gift pipeline, donor scoring, or CRM sync, and the portal will not tell you which individual alumni a student contacted. Advancement teams use it to see that engaged alumni stay reachable, which is a different claim from fundraising attribution.
